CHELMSFORD horsewoman Nina Woollard is hoping to impress the judges at the country's most prestigious show.
Nina has qualified to compete at Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) Diamond Jubilee - the UK's biggest indoor equestrian event, at the NEC Arena in Birmingham in October.
Tens of thousands of competitors set out each year to become one of the coveted finalists.
Nina and her Cob, Romeo, have qualified for the SEIB Search for a Star Cob class.
Nina said: "Romeo was found abandoned in a field when he was just a foal. Search for a star has given us the opportunity of a lifetime and proves that all you need is hard work and determination and anyone can achieve their dreams."
The world's most famous horse show returns to the NEC in October (8-12) to celebrate its 60th annniversary. This year's Diamond Jubilee means dazzling performances, stunning displays and tense competition resulting in an equestrian extravaganza not to be missed.
Class favourites including the famous Puissance and the prestigious showing Championships such as Horse Deals Supreme Horse of the Year will headline the event.
