Ridley Darts league latest
THE Ridley League committee will have to play the numbers game at next week's registration meeting, with the competition's constitution and finances top of the agenda.
Fixtures and results secretary John Steele may face an ongoing imbalance in team membership, with only six teams so far confirmed for the Chelmsford-based South Section, against a possible eight or nine in the North (Dunmow/Braintree).
League fees of £35 are payable at the meeting, to be held at the Chequers, Felsted, on Tuesday Aug 12, 8.30pm.
